A consultant in executive search, career transition and assessment for more than 20 years, María de Lourdes was the founder of LH Search, a Mexican firm operating since 2008.
In executive search she has executed assignments of senior and middle management positions in a wide variety of sectors such as consumer, health, industrial, services, financial services, information technology, construction, and infrastructure operations.
She has coached people who are in a career transition period to identify new alternatives of employment.
She is a Psychologist from Universidad Gestalt, holds a B.A. in Humanities from Universidad Anáhuac and a postgraduate program in Organizational Development from ITAM. She is fluent in English.
